An evening to savour with Matangi Station and Central Fire Station Bistro.
With a menu designed by Central Fire Station head chef Sam Clark and featuring Matangi Station beef as the star of the night, guests must be prepared to indulge.
The evening gets underway with Maitangi Station’s Jamie Gaddum sharing the farm’s story, its philosophy and its methods.
As each of your four-course menu delivered, Sam will speak to why Matangi Station is the best beef in the country right now.
Leading Hawke’s Bay wine matches from some of Sam’s favourite suppliers will match each course before satiated guests are given a beefy present to take home.

Ticket prices include: canapés, entrée & main courses with matching wines. Dessert with matched beverage. Please note, we can cater for gluten free, dairy free, shell fish and nut allergies.
